Ask after or before the shooting
Don’t late so I’ll avoid contact with your neighbors or people on the street
Be alone to avoid contacts with your family
Wear a mask and gloves
Keep a safe distance of 2 meters or leave the property while I take photos
How to prepare your interior to take photos without touching anything?
Open doors blinds and windows treatments to let in outside light
Turn ON all interior lights
Turn all computer screens OFF
Straighten all chairs and space them evenly
Make all beds and press bed linens and bed skirts
Place food, water bowls, pet beds/toys in pantry
Contain pets in a hidden crate or outside
Tuck away the trash can
Thoroughly clean the whole house (vacuum carpet, mop hard floors, clean countertops, clean windows)
Feature one centerpiece such as a bouquet of flowers
Fluff and arrange furniture pillows
Remove children’s toys
Remove personal items like personal photographs (or replace with general landscape/object photographs), small floor rugs to reveal actual flooring, no knives, no dishes in the sink, leave out a maximum of one small appliance (ex. coffee maker), no soap, shampoos, toothbrushes, medications, deodorant, etc
Clear off countertop
Use a lint roller on furniture to remove pet hair
Exterior
Close garage doors
Remove cars from driveway and front of the home
Clean up landscaping (mow, trim shrubs, clear leaves)
Use a broom to remove cobwebs from eaves and door frames
Remove visible water hoses, toys, sports balls, basketball goals, soccer goals, etc.
Make sure the Garbage Cans are not visible
Backyard
Clean porch, tidy up outdoor tables/chairs/cushions
Pillows/cushions should be fresh, not faded
Clear away children’s toys, balls, frisbees, etc.
Clean pool
Remove pool vacuum/cleaner hose
Hide pool cleaning supplies
Turn on pool fountains/water features
Remove visible water hoses
Remove trash cans
